    BECIS — Group Corporate Finance Manager

    Southeast Asian energy-as-a-service platform · ~USD 165m group debt platform across Thailand, Vietnam and Singapore, in three currencies.

    • Owns the Thailand workstream for a single-lender refinancing, replacing legacy senior and shareholder funding with a fully amortising facility; reconstructed project documentation and ownership chains from incomplete acquisition-era records to satisfy conditions precedent.
    • Mandated on a Vietnam refinancing structured as dual loan-and-bond tranches with development-finance credit support.
    • Manages the post-close development-finance debt portfolio across solar, bioenergy and mezzanine facilities, including financial models, lender reporting and covenant-waiver requests; secured an incremental bioenergy-facility expansion by introducing a new project and leading technical due diligence and lender approval.
    • Directs cross-functional deal teams of ~13 across legal, finance and accounting, licensing, construction and asset management in three jurisdictions without line authority; owns the group corporate finance model for board and lender use.

    BCPG Public Company Limited — Senior Business Development Manager

    Renewable energy arm of Bangchak Corporation, SET-listed · Cross-border M&A and JV execution; core deal team of four plus external advisors.

    • Led evaluation and negotiation of a proposed equity investment and JV with a Chinese battery manufacturer for a Thailand plant: owned valuation, forecasts and cash-flow planning, directed due diligence and integrated technical feasibility; helped pivot the opportunity to a distribution partnership as the case changed.
    • Negotiated commercial and governance terms for proposed JV and shareholder agreements, and ran due diligence and valuation on renewable-energy targets for board and investment-committee materials.

    GreenYellow (Thailand) — Project Finance Manager

    International solar & energy-efficiency sponsor · Sponsor-side project finance across a C&I solar portfolio; financial controller of two asset companies.

    • Closed THB 1.1bn (~USD 34m) project financing for 92 C&I solar projects totalling 60.3MWp, leading lender coordination and financial close with ADB, KBank and responsAbility; managed post-close covenant reporting and waivers.
    • Introduced EXIM Bank for a second 45MW portfolio and led its THB 800m refinancing, saving ~100bps with materially lighter covenants and reporting; directed FX and interest-rate hedging strategy across the platform.
    • Co-managed a dual-role team member and advocated successfully for her promotion; served as financial controller for two asset companies across treasury, cash flow, FP&A, reporting and covenant compliance.

    Global Power Synergy PCL (GPSC) — Capital Funding Manager

    Power flagship of PTT Group, SET-listed.

    • Ran the competitive bank process for a THB 10bn corporate facility, allocating across five banks at competitive pricing and covenants from ~10 proposals totalling ~THB 100bn of commitments.
    • Led the treasury workstream on GPSC’s THB 5bn inaugural green bond: prepared investor-roadshow materials and structured maturities and funding costs with bookrunners against corporate strategy.
    • Performed due diligence and valuation modelling on international power and renewable investment opportunities.

Its central engineering rule is that health checks prove the full detection-to-report path is fresh, not merely that a process is alive.
